Cancellations

Cancellation of appointments requires 24 hours notice or you will be charged the cost of the session.

INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL NOT PAY THIS CHARGE.

ALSO, you are responsible for all charges in the event that your insurance company refuses payment on any sessions held.

A credit/debit card number and signature is kept on file when you make your first appointment. Most clients prefer the convenience of authorizing the use of that card to pay each time, rather than remembering to write a check or bring cash. However, you may pay by any of those methods.
