QUESTION: “Can I use my insurance?”
Although I no longer participate as an “in-network” provider, you may be able to file receipts that I give you for some reimbursement. Contact your insurance company at the 800 number on the back of your insurance card for this information.

Reserving a time to meet with me means that the time is exclusively yours and becomes unavailable to others. UNLESS YOU GIVE 24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, YOU ARE CHARGED FOR THE APPOINTMENT WHETHER YOU COME OR NOT (similar to a hotel reservation). Because of this, you will be asked for credit card information when you schedule your appointment.
INTAKE: $125.00, includes:
Testing for depression and anxiety
55 minute session
Report to your physician (if you wish)
FULL Session: $115.00, 55 minute session
SHORT Session: $60.00, 30 minute session
GROUP Session (see Group Topics): $30.00 per session (Intake Interview Required)
