Policies and Procedures

You are always in charge of the counseling session:

As long as you cancel with appropriate notice, you may come as little or as often as you wish. (Group sessions cannot be canceled.).

It is helpful if you come to session with an idea of what life issues you wish to discuss. I will ask you what you want to work on and we will go from there.

Our relationship will always be strictly professional. An ethical therapist will never have other relationships with you, such as friendships, business, or social relationships. This is called dual relationship and is strictly prohibited by licensure law.

The session will be all about you and your needs.

You may stop and/or restart therapy at any time, as long as all financial obligations are satisfied and I feel I am the best therapist for you.

Payment is required at each session. Mastercard and Visa are accepted, as well as cash or check.
