A CD or Download: Your Peaceful Escape to Relaxation and Sleep

Developed after years of experience with clients, and using research from Evidence-Based Behavioral Medicine, this CD is extremely relaxing, almost sedating ( NOTE: never use while driving) The soothing, relaxing “loop” of melody accompanies my voice giving you breathing and visualization instruction. The first ten minutes or so are addressing relaxation; most people fall asleep at this point. The next fifteen minutes addresses areas of pain in your body; isolating, describing, and mentally removing the pain.
